The Following is All You Need to Know About Ginseng.

It is found in climates which are cool mostly in the northern hemisphere and it can also be referred to as Panax Ginseng. You can mostly find it in Korea, China and North America. They are remedies which boost organism resistance of harmful factors which could either be physical, chemical or biological.

The main ingredient found in Ginseng is ginsenosides. The leaves and stem of a Ginseng plant contain ginsenosides but the highest concentration is in the roots. In a Ginseng plant’s roots you can find around 29 ginsenosides. In a body of a human there are steroid compounds and they are similar to those that can be found in a Ginseng plant. Siberian Ginseng is different although it is from the same family with the others.

In Ginseng there has recently been found a component known as germanium and it has shown to be a powerful detoxifier which is found in products which are organic. Germanium cleanses the blood powerfully.

The intake of fresh organic energy is facilitated and the prana which is already used up is expelled every time you exercise immediately after taking ginseng.

In Chinese the original name of Ginseng is ‘Ren Shen’ while in Korean it is known as ‘In Sam’ which ‘means -man root’ because it looks exactly like a person.

Several years pass before the Ginseng plant matures and most roots are harvested when they are between 3 and 10 years. If not harvested for a long time cultivated Ginseng degenerates but the wild ones can grow for many years without it regenerating.

If a Ginseng plant has grown for at least 6 years then it is considered to be mature and it then has medicinal value. If you harvested Ginseng before six years it cannot be used as it does not have ingredients of healing in them.

White/ off is the colour of Ginseng when harvested. The drying process will determine the colour of the final product. In the past red Ginseng was dried in the sun and it gave it that colour. Just as in the past the red Ginseng has the same colour although nowadays it is steamed during processing. It is made unique by steaming as it concentrates and amplifies it’s healing energy. For healing purposes in the past Asians only used the red Ginseng.

Red Ginseng is considered to have more medicinal value than the white Ginseng.

Someone looks younger when he/she uses it as it highly effective in replenishing the vitality of the body.
